Engaging in the University Rover Challenge 2023 marked a significant milestone for us as it represented our first international competition following the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Hosted by the Mars Society at the Mars Desert Research Station (MDRS) in Utah, the event not only provided a platform to showcase our capabilities but also served as a valuable learning experience. Interacting with and observing other participating teams allowed us to gain insights into diverse approaches and innovative solutions, fostering a collaborative environment. The competition played a pivotal role in expanding our understanding of robotics and space exploration, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in this field.
